U.S. Constitution

U.S. Constitution

The professional politicians in Washington have abandoned loyalty to the Constitution. Our country is in deep trouble today because the federal government is involved in so many things for which it has no constitutional authority.

It is time that "We the People" reclaim our Constitution and our government.

Lincoln said, "We the people are the rightful masters of both the Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution."

The overthrow that we advocate is with the force of our ballots beginning this November. And, my friends, we must success. There is too much at stake for us to lose.

I am a Constitutionalist. Our Constitution is not an evolving, living, organic document. The living document theory is designed to subvert the clear words of the Constitution, allowing liberals to pursue their political and social agenda.

By subverting the Constitution, the liberals are re-making America according their version. That means more powerful federal government and less individual liberty.

By the grace of God, and with your support, I am going to be elected to serve as the next Congressman from the 10th District of Georgia, and when I am sworn into office as your next Congressman, I will take this oath as prescribed by the Sixth Article of the Constitution.

"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter; So help me God."

Every member of Congress will take the same oath. The difference in me and many others is that I will mean every word of that oath.

Please join me restoring loyalty to the Constitution, reclaiming our country, and preserving our liberty.
